Tim Allred is a well-respected Health and Safety Professional, with a Doctor of Professional Studies from the University of Southern Queensland. His doctoral thesis, titled "Safety Leadership and its Relationship with Safety Performance: A Case Study of an Australian Facility Management Company," highlights his expertise in the area.

Through his work, Tim has demonstrated a clear focus on helping individuals build their safety capabilities to support operational excellence. In 2015, he established the AIHS's Emerging Leaders network - which has since grown into a prominent national network for young and emerging health and safety professionals in Australia.
